Ingredients are documented according to lot number, date, and product number and strategically stored according to allergen characteristics and protective requirements. All ingredients are pulled according to FIFO (first-in-first-out) sequencing for blending staging. Production testing includes vacuum checks on bags and pouches, lid seals, date code printing, lot code printing, peel tests, weight checks, metal detection, salinity, moisture and PH.
