Quality Control Processes

Absolute quality is InterPac’s highest priority.  With extensive experience in the food industry, our Quality Assurance team maintains a multi-layered system of quality control processes to protect your product integrity even prior to entering our door. 

Ingredients are documented according to lot number, date, and product number and strategically stored according to allergen characteristics and protective requirements. All ingredients are pulled according to FIFO (first-in-first-out) sequencing for blending staging. Production testing includes vacuum checks on bags and pouches, lid seals, date code printing, lot code printing, peel tests, weight checks, metal detection, salinity, moisture and PH.
